Horrendous experience. Sold my car which was collected by one of their trusted network who has not provided the money agreed for it, should have been paid within 3 days and it’s now been 7. Stressful, fraudulent and now taking legal action against everyone involved. Contacted Carwow 3 days ago and still haven’t had any response. Avoid like the plague.

Was recently offered the same very low trade in value by both WeBuyAnyCar and Marshalls so tried Carwow instead. The whole process was quick and hassle free and the offer was 10% higher, definitely worth the effort to take a few photos and provide an accurate description. The nominated dealer turned up on time, did a minimal inspection, paid, waited for confirmation payment received and took the car away. Highly recommended.

Easy transaction.
Was a little worried about the sale on the Internet but it all went smoothly amd turned out very well.
Independent mechanic came and inspected the car, they then called the dealer and confirmed the condition and details.
Money transfered to my account within
seconds of agreeing everything
with dealer, email from DVLA within seconds confirming the car had been sold and transferred. Took less than 2 mins once agreed to be paid and car transfered.
Mechanic took the car on low loader and everything complete within 30 mins from start to finish, including inspections and test drive.
No worries, id recommend to everyone.

Very helpful service team, bridging the communication between my and the buyer(trader).
Top notch service, although if the buyer responses too slowly, there was not much Carwow can do to speed up rather than chasing up with emails.

We sold our Mercedes through CarWow online trading platform. It was a great experience, and we sold at a higher price than expected, within a day.

The whole process has flown so smoothly that selling the car became a pleasure rather than a stressful event. All the members of staff who got involved have shown a high level of commitment towards making the customers achieve their target. They approached us proactively at each stage to ensure that everything ran smoothly from the initial valuation to final collection by the buyer.

Easy to follow instructions from Carwow. Great communication via email and phone Car was auctioned and sold on Friday. Buyer paid and collected the following Monday. Fabulous quick service no strings and I got a good price.

Absolutely scandalous.
You put your reg in and you get an instant value. Then you get somebody calling you from home (noisy kids in the background)and then they give you a entire different price (lower price)
They apparently work with a 10% margin..
Better of selling you car private as this site is worse that webyanycar.

Great service from car wow, very helpful and very informative. The reserve price they gave me was £2000 higher than any competitor and on the day of the auction my car sold higher than the reserve so was very pleased with the outcome. All in all would definitely recommend the service.

Really easy process from start to finish. As long as you're honest about your car condition, the buyer doesn't haggle you down on price on collection day. Ended up with £1k more than another well known car buying company offered me.

The process was very simple. You don't even need to leave your home. I received a much better value for my car than I would have with we buy any car.

The app for taking photo's & uploading documents was slick & pretty easy to use. The Operator (Alphonso) was very polite & walked me through the next steps. I completed all the relevant information on the Friday , ready for auction on the Monday. The reserve price was met (which was £900 higher than WBAC). Then it was down to agreeing a pick up date. The day of the pickup was seemless. The driver kept us upto date with arrival times (which was bang on time). The driver inspected the car for around 30 mins & took it for a quick spin around the block. Once he was happy the dealer was informed & funds were transfered promptly. Many thanks Carwow!!

Using Carwow was relatively simple, i took the required photographs, loaded them to the website, the car went to Auction Monday, was collected within the week and monies paid. There were people on hand at every step of the way. I got a fair price for my vehicle which i was happy with, would certainly use them again, should the occasion arise

I thought new cars now are really expensive! But it turns out that dealers do send some good offers once the car I was looking for was specified in carwow. Even seen 20% off for some citroen models.
