Audi RS Q3 performance – driving and engine

The car is fitted with the same 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbo petrol engine as the standard RS Q3 but Audi has upped its output giving it an additional 27hp and 15Nm of torque – matching the figures from the latest RS3 Sportback.

The RS Q3 performance will sprint from 0-62mph in an impressive 4.4 seconds and will reach a top speed of 167mph – a 0.4 second and 12mph improvement respectively. Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system and seven-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch gearbox also come fitted as standard.

Audi RS Q3 performance – styling

On top of upping the power, the new performance model has been treated to several exterior design revisions including a titanium style finish on the front grille, air intakes, roof rails, rear diffuser and roof mounted spoiler.

In addition, buyers can fit 20-inch alloy wheels exclusive to the RS Q3 performance – these come in matt titanium as standard with a black finish as a no-cost option. The Ascari blue metallic paint is also exclusive to the performance model.
