Carwow’s ‘Top Rated’ accreditation returns for 2025, celebrating our partners who consistently deliver excellence in customer experience.

We don’t do it alone. Carwow Top Rated champions our best of the best partners with the recognition they deserve.

We are proud to bring back our ‘Top Rated’ programme for a second year, recognising retail partners who have provided outstanding customer service, received consistently positive reviews, and achieved impressive conversion rates over the past 12 months.

Every year, our partners are assessed against a set of criteria relevant to the Carwow product they use. Those who qualify become Carwow Top Rated winners for the year.

Recognising excellence across our partner network

This year, we have awarded ‘Top Rated’ accreditation to 498 partners – spanning independent retailers, franchise dealers, leasing companies, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands – all of whom have been active with Carwow for at least six months.

Our tailored assessments account for the unique ways our partners operate – whether that’s buying stock from private sellers through our daily auctions or retailing to new and used car buyers.

What it takes to become a Carwow Top Rated winner:

• Exceptional customer service based on customer reviews and enquiry-to-sale metrics
• Fast response times
• An established Carwow partner for > 6 months
• Customer complaints under 0.5% over the past 12 months

What you’ll receive as a Carwow Top Rated partner:

We provide accredited partners with a suite of physical and digital marketing materials to showcase their ‘Top Rated’ status. In addition, we feature their accreditation across our website to engage customers at key moments in their car-changing journey.

We’ve also introduced a dedicated EV category, highlighting partners who are leading the way in helping drivers make the switch to electric vehicles.

How can my business win next time? 

We’ll announce new winners once a year, every year. Those providing top-tier service to Carwow consumers will be crowned Carwow Top Rated partners and have bragging rights for the next 365 days.
