Carwow Top Rated returns for 2026, celebrating our partners who consistently deliver excellent performance on platform.
At Carwow, we’re committed to the ultimate car-changing experience but we don’t do it alone. Carwow Top Rated celebrates the most successful partners on our platform and gives them the recognition they deserve.
We are proud to bring back our ‘Top Rated’ programme for a third year, recognising retail partners who have achieved impressive sales and conversion rates over the past 12 months and have met and exceeded our standards.
Every year, our partners are assessed against a set of criteria relevant to the Carwow product they use. Those who qualify become Carwow Top Rated winners for the year.
Recognising excellence across our partner network
This year, we have awarded ‘Top Rated’ status to 450+ partners – spanning independent retailers, franchise dealers, leasing companies, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands – all of whom have been active with Carwow for at least five months.
Our tailored assessments account for the unique ways our partners operate – whether that’s buying stock from private sellers through our daily auctions or retailing to new and used car buyers.
Some of the criteria it takes to become a Carwow Top Rated winner:
- Fast response times
- An established Carwow partner for > 6 months
- Strong enquiry and sales rates
- Customer complaints under 5% over the past 12 months
- Exceptional customer service based on Google, TrustPilot or auction customer reviews
What you’ll receive as a Carwow Top Rated partner:
We provide accredited partners with a suite of physical and digital marketing materials* to showcase their ‘Top Rated’ status. In addition, we feature their accreditation across our website to engage customers at key moments in their car-changing journey.
We’ve also introduced a dedicated EV category, highlighting partners who are leading the way in helping drivers make the switch to electric vehicles.
How can my business win next time?
We’ll announce new winners once a year, every year. Those providing top-tier service to Carwow consumers and displaying excellent on-platform performance will be crowned Carwow Top Rated partners and have bragging rights for the next 365 days.
