We ran a customer email survey in October 2022, asking a number of our customers (those who had agreed to receive this type of email from carwow) whether the price they achieved for their car met their expectations. Of the 399 customers who responded to this question 371 said they got what they expected, or even more than expected.
2. 95% of Carwow customers surveyed would recommend us to family or friends*
We ran a customer email survey in October 2022, asking a number of our customers (those who had agreed to receive this type of email from Carwow) who had sold a car with us if they'd recommend us to friends or family. Of the 402 customers who responded to this question, 82.3% were very likely to recommend us and 13.2% said they were likely to recommend us.
*(those surveyed were asked about our sell my car service, not our buy your car service).
3. 87% of our sellers surveyed said dealers paid the agreed price at collection.
We ran a customer email survey in October 2022, asking a number of our customers (those who had agreed to receive this type of email from Carwow) who had sold a car with us if the buyer honoured the agreed sale price when their car was collected. Of the 400 customers who responded to this question, 86.3% said they were paid the price as agreed, and 0.5% got a higher price than expected.

The online valuation journey is defined as all users who completed the valuation flow from the “sell my car” landing page to receiving an estimated price (valuation), on the same day between 19th January - 30th June 2023.
