Porsche doesn't really do 'trim levels' for its vehicles, so these Macan levels refer mainly to the powertrains. For the standard, rear-wheel drive Macan, you get 360hp for a 5.7 second 0-62mph sprint, and a combined range on a full charge of up to 398 miles.

Opting for the Macan 4 brings four-wheel drive courtesy of an extra motor. You get 408hp, a 5.2-second 0-62mph sprint, and a combined range of up to 380 miles on a full charge.

The Macan 4S pushes power up to 516hp, again going through all four wheels. Acceleration is a very snappy 4.1s to go from 0-62mph, and you get a maximum range of 377 miles on a full charge.

GTS is the sportiest version of the Macan Electric. While the Turbo may be quicker in a straight line, the GTS model comes with air suspension fettled for cornering, matrix LED headlights, sports seats, 22-inch wheels and gloss black exterior trims.

The Macan Turbo is, at the moment, the most powerful Macan Electric available. Despite the name, it isn't turbocharged - it's still an electric car, but one with a huge 639hp, 0-62mph sprint of just 3.3s, and a maximum range of 367 miles.
