Toyota Aygo X Specs & Dimensions

Toyota hasn't scrimped on features for its latest city car. Even this entry-level model comes with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, USB charging ports and manual aircon. It sits on 17-inch wheels and even has some advanced driver assistance features including adaptive cruise control, a reversing camera and automatic emergency braking.

The mid-range Aygo X Edge is marked out from the entry-level Pure by a load a visual tweaks including bigger 18-inch wheels, front fog lights, gloss black trim details and rear privacy glass. Inside, you'll find a bigger 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment display and automatic aircon.

As befits the top-of-the-range model, the Exclusive looks and feels more upmarket with LED headlights outside and part-leatherette seat upholstery inside. There's extra tech, too, including a 9.0-inch high-def touchscreen infotainment display, wireless phone charging pad, voice recognition controls, keyless entry and go, and front and rear parking sensors.

A special edition of the Aygo X in collaboration with audio specialists JBL, the SUV-inspired hatchback comes equipped with upgraded JBL speakers as well as an under-seat amplifier and a subwoofer in the boot. Jasmine Silver two-tone paint is unique to the JBL Edition, as are the ‘JBL’ badges dotted around the car.

The entry level Aygo X Icon models come equipped with a 9.0-inch infotainment touchscreen, 7.0-inch digital instrument display, automatic air conditioning, wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity and adaptive cruise control.

A step above Icon trim, the Aygo X design gets gloss black exterior trims and two-tone contrast paint, automatic windshield wipers and powerfold door mirrors, LED Projector headlights and push button start as well as a wireless phone charger.

Excel versions of the Aygo X come with rear parking sensors and automatic brake assist, keyless entry and go, dual-zone air conditioning and a 10.5-inch infotainment display.

The top-spec Aygo X, GR Sport models get model-specific body styling and a gloss black bonnet, sports suspension, body-coloured trim in the lower grille and a sport steering wheel on top of the Excel trim equipment.
