How does a dealer become ‘Top Rated’?

We award Carwow Top Rated badges to our partners who consistently offer high quality customer experience and reliability. This is based on a number of criteria such as:

• • Previous reviews
  • Fast response times
  • A proven track record with Carwow customers
  • ≤0.5% complaint rate

Every year, our dealer partners will be assessed against a set of criteria. Out of 1000s of partners, only the select few who pass that criteria will receive the Carwow Top Rated seal of approval.

Our partners are as varied as the vehicles they trade. We’ll award independent and franchise dealer partners who you can both buy a car from and sell your car to. We’ll also recognise our top leasing partners and manufacturer partners who exclusively sell brand new cars direct to consumers (D2C).

We’ve even created a special accreditation for our partners who are leading the transition to electrical vehicles (EVs). These partners on average sell more electric vehicles than others, provide high quality customer service based on previous reviews, have fast response times, and a proven track record with Carwow customers.

Then, we’ll do it again next year, to make sure the winners are maintaining those high standards, and recognise new partners that have reached them too.
