How does a dealer become Top Rated?

Our dealer partners are assessed against a set of criteria, including fast response times, a proven track record with Carwow customers, and consistent sales.

Out of thousands of partners, a select number receive the sought-after Carwow Top Rated award. And it’s not just big operators who get recognition – we award independent and franchise dealer partners who you can both buy a car from and sell your car to. We also recognise our top car leasing partners and car manufacturers who exclusively sell brand-new cars direct to consumers (D2C).

We’ve even created a special Top Rated status for partners who are leading the transition to electric vehicles. These partners handle more electric vehicle enquiries or sales on average than others, and have a proven track record with Carwow customers.

Keeping standards high

To make sure our Top Rated dealers are maintaining their high standards, and to recognise new partners raising the bar, we’ll undergo the same rating process again in 2027.
