Car changing is a big deal
Cool design, a smart cabin and a brilliant driving experience mean this electric car still looks and feels as good as it did when it was new.
It may have gone out of production, but this great-to-drive premium electric car still looks cool and futuristic on the road, and it’s now a used bargain. For just £12,500, you can have the ultra-modern Jaguar I-Pace on your drive, providing driving thrills and cool technology, as well as decent real-world range.
Remember, you can buy a brand new or used car right here on Carwow. And you can sell your car, too. We’re here to help you through every step of your car-changing journey.
Why should you consider the Jaguar I-Pace?
Despite being launched in 2018, the I-Pace still looks as fresh as a daisy, thanks to its futuristic styling. It looks cool inside, too, and all versions come with a big touchscreen infotainment system, although later models got an even swankier set-up. There’s plenty of space, too, and the boot is a good size.

All I-Paces get the same battery and motor setup, but it’s very good. With a 90kWh battery providing an official range of just under 300 miles, it was respectable when it was launched, although more modern rivals are more efficient. But you get a two-motor, 400hp propulsion system that can catapult the car forwards at breakneck speed.

It isn’t just a one-trick pony, either, because the I-Pace handles brilliantly. Precise steering and good body control mean it takes corners beautifully, while motorway comfort is very good. It isn’t quite so smooth at lower speeds, and the brakes can be a bit inconsistent, but the driving experience is generally very good. Charging speeds, however, will vary. Early cars could only charge at 50kW, but later models were upgraded to 100kW.
Buy a Jaguar I-Pace for as little as £12,500 with Carwow
When they were new, Jaguar I-Paces could set you back as much as £80,000, but on Carwow, you can now buy one for as little as £12,500. That pays for a 2019 car in mid-range SE trim, which gets a reversing camera, leather upholstery and satellite navigation. Climate control, heated seats and alloy wheels are all included, too.
Jaguar I-Pace alternatives
Still not convinced? Here are some other options for you to consider:
- Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron: Swoopy and modern styling meets great technology, but standard spec is disappointing.
- Lexus RZ: Futuristic looks, classy interior and a refined driving experience are marred by so-so efficiency.
- Polestar 4: Lovely interior and spacious cabin feel great, but non-existent rear window is disconcerting.
