Sport Edition versions are the least expensive versions of the Mercedes EQE you can buy, but don’t assume that means it’s lacking in features. Highlights include two-zone climate control, LED headlights and a huge 12.8-inch infotainment display with wireless smartphone mirroring support. Do be aware that, despite what this trim’s name may imply, the Sport Edition spec is only available on the less powerful electric motor option.

The AMG Line version of the EQE receives 19-inch alloy wheels, an AMG styling pack, a panoramic sunroof and privacy glass. Inside you get AMG sport seats with man-made leather and alcantara trim, brushed stainless steel, black fabric detailing, a 12.8-inch infotainment touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital cluster.

On this most premium-feeling EQE, you get open pore wood on the dashboard, black and grey leather upholstery, climate control seating in the front, heated seats in the back and a heated steering wheel. There's also 21-inch alloys, chrome detailing around the windows and grille, and additional grey trim pieces.

Edition Midnight models are predominantly a cosmetic upgrade over the regular AMG EQE models - this is the only EQE AMG that gets gold-painted brake callipers, for instance. This model also stands out for being the only AMG EQE model that gets Mercedes’ vast Hyperscreen infotainment display system as standard.
