Renault Clio Specs & Dimensions

The Renault Clio Generation kicks off the range, available only with the 1.0-litre petrol engine and manual gearbox combination. It comes equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors and a 7.0-inch infotainment touchscreen.

The Evolution trim features some handy goodies to help you out on the road. The cruise control is great for motorway driving, while the rear parking sensors will help you squeeze into tight spaces. A 7-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto comes as standard, so you can use your favourite apps for navigation and music. You also get 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and a 7-inch digital driver’s display.

A step-up from the Clio Generation, Techno+ cars gain sportier bumpers, heated front seats, wireless phone charging, diamond-cut 17-inch alloy wheels and a shark-fin roof antenna, as well as chrome window trims. You can also have a hybrid engine option.

The Techno trim gets stylish 17-inch Viva alloy wheels, a chrome exhaust pipe and tinted rear windows for a sportier look. The Multi-sense ambient lighting system is a nice touch for night-time drives, and you can even customise the digital driver’s display to your liking. A rear view parking camera with front and rear sensors is also included.

The Clio Techno Esprit Alpine features fancier 17-inch wheels than the Techno+, as well as contrasting exterior trims on the bumpers, a 10.0-inch driver display and 9.0-inch infotainment system.

Esprit Alpine isn’t a Lotus in the mountains — it’s Renault’s new sporty-looking and feeling trim, which refers to its Alpine spinoff sports car brand. You do get a lot of extras as standard, including a heated steering wheel, three selectable driving modes, radar cruise control, blind spot warning, rear crossing traffic alert, automatic headlights, rain sensing wipers, and electric folding mirrors. Inside, there’s a 10.0-inch digital instrument panel, a 9.3-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, heated front seats, synthetic leather wrap for the steering wheel with contrast blue stitching, and sportier-looking seat upholstery, also with contrast blue stitching.

At the top of the Clio Range is the Iconic Esprit Alpine, only available as a hybrid and featuring adaptive cruise control, a heated steering wheel, 360-degree parking cameras and a more powerful speaker system.
