Also standard are some ST-branded door sills, metal pedal trims, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and a 12.3-inch digital driver's display, alongside an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with sat-nav, smartphone mirroring and an upgraded 10-speaker B&O stereo.

The Kuga's no off-roader but Active trim aims to capture a little of that rufty-tufty feeling. You get black platic cladding around the wheelarches and a more aggressive grille, lifted suspension, plus a black roof and mirror caps. There's also unique 18-inch alloy wheels, full LED headlights and a 360-degree parking camera.

ST-Line X versions of the Ford Kuga come with 19-inch alloy wheels, sportier front and rear bumpers, LED daytime running lights, automatic LED headlights, tinted rear windows, a panoramic glass roof, a roof-mounted spoiler, red-painted brake callipers and a powered boot lid. Inside, you get a leather-trimmed steering wheel, a 10-way electrically adjustable heated driver's seat, a four-way adjustable heated front passenger's seat (both with extra padding and partial leather trim), dual-zone air conditioning, sliding back seats and a wireless phone charging pad. Also standard are some ST-branded door sills, metal pedal trims, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and a 12.3-inch digital driver's display, alongside an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with sat-nav, smartphone mirroring and an upgraded 10-speaker B&O stereo.

The Kuga ST-Line X Black Package is based on the already sporty looking ST-Line X trim and adds to the sportiness with the addition of a Black Package. As part of the Black Package, you get exclusive black alloys and more black trim on the exterior. It’s worth noting that when it comes to engines, the Black Package can only be optioned on the self-charging and plug-in hybrid engines.
