What our customer say

About Suzuki

Originally a maker of motorbikes (which it still makes, and some of them are VERY sporty…), Suzuki originally had a bit of a reputation for making slightly dull, but very solid cars. That started to change in the 1980s, with the likes of the original Vitara (which was basically the first compact SUV) and the Rhino and Jimny, which brought slightly tottery 4x4 fun to the masses.
Then, in 2005, Suzuki re-invented the Swift hatchback as a cut-price Mini rival, and suddenly it was a brand that could make something truly stylish and fun to drive.

That was followed up by the characterful Ignis and the fabulous-but-flawed second-gen Jimny, and now Suzuki is striking out down the electric road with the new all-battery e-Vitara. Actually, the brand’s most sensible model now isn’t a Suzuki at all — the Across SUV is actually a rebadged Toyota RAV4…

Why lease a Suzuki?

The big benefit of any Suzuki is reliability. Aside from a dip in form in the mid-2000s, with the troublesome Celerio city car, Suzuki has a tremendous reputation for making cars that are close to indestructible. You may not get the latest touchscreens nor the nicest plastics, but everything will work from the first day to the last.
Leasing makes plenty of sense here, as Suzuki is generally-speaking a budget brand, and leasing is the most cost-effective way of putting a new car on your driveway, even if you won’t actually own anything at the end of the process.

Also, all — or at least most — of your monthly motoring costs will be bundled up in one handy payment, which is good for budgeting, while leasing Suzuki’s new electric e-Vitara will also mean that you’re not stuck with owning one if it turns out that there’s a major improvement in battery technology right around the corner.
