Cupra Formentor Specs & Dimensions

Opening the Cupra Formentor range is the V1 trim, which comes well-equipped with a 12.9-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, as well as a digital instrument display and sports seats as standard. You get 18-inch alloy wheels on the outside, and some useful assistance kit such as lane-keeping assistance and adaptive cruise control.

In addition to the V1 trim, V2 models get sports seats in 'Dinamica' artificial suede for extra comfort and luxury, and they also come with heating for cold days. You get keyless entry and start, 19-inch alloy wheels on the outside, and a rear-view camera.

The VZ1 trim is based on the V1 model but gets enhanced kit, such as 19-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats with Dinamica upholstery, and a rear-view camera. Sport suspension makes the car look and drive a bit more sporty.

If you upgrade to the VZ2 trim, you get the same leather sports seats seen on the V2 trim, as well as 19-inch alloy wheels, a top-down camera view and parking assistance. Safety tech includes a blind spot monitor and exit assist.

This gets everything VZ2 has, but gets yet another 19-inch alloy wheel design as well as a Sennheiser sound system, more figure-hugging bucket seats, and performance brakes and callipers.

This is it, the ultimate Formentor. Under the bonnet you won’t find a regular powerplant, but a 2.5-litre, five-cylinder jet-engine of a motor putting out a whopping 390hp through wide 20-inch wheels. The engine is pinched out of the Audi RS3, while bespoke bumpers mark the VZ5 out from its run-of-the-mill counterparts.
