This promotion is offered by Carwow Limited (“Carwow”), a company incorporated in England and Wales registered under company number 07103079 whose registered office at 2nd Floor, Verde Building, 10 Bressenden Place, London, England, SW1E 5DH.

1. The promotion will be exclusively available on vehicles purchased through Carwow.co.uk in the UK and marked as included in the “Black Friday Sale” via a banner above the vehicle listing from 00:01 GMT on 10 November 2025 and ending at 23:59 GMT on 1 December 2025 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”) on Carwow's website in the UK (“Promotion”). The Promotion may run alongside manufacturer promotions with different start and end dates. The Promotional Period defined here applies only to Carwow’s “Black Friday Sale”.

2. This Promotion is subject to vehicle availability and Dealer participation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion (including any manufacturer promotion or discount).

3. To qualify for the Promotion, search for available vehicles in Carwow’s ‘Black Friday Sale’ and the discount will be automatically applied to your quote.

4. Discounts may vary across locations, retailers, models and derivatives but in accordance with the Promotion will not be less than a £400 or 1% discount off RRP (subject to Dealer election). The price shown against any individual vehicle model is inclusive of any seasonal or other discounts provided by the Dealer and includes the Promotion. Where there is an “up to” discount shown on newly configured vehicles, the savings shown are based on the top 10% of savings received by new configurations made in the previous 10 days and will include the Promotion.

5. Any manufacturer promotions (including Volvo offers) are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. Carwow is not responsible for, and does not administer, any manufacturer offers. Customers should consult the manufacturer’s website or their Dealer for full details of manufacturer promotions, eligibility, and applicable periods.

6. As stated in the Website Terms of Use, the contract for any purchase and offer is made between you and the Dealer. Carwow shall have no responsibility for orders not successfully completed due to a technical issue of any kind nor for any orders which are not completed for any other reason.

7. Where a customer cancels an order made prior to the Promotion Period and reorders the vehicle during the Promotion Period such new order will not be eligible for this Promotion.

8. All quotes saved during the Promotional Period but not ordered within the Promotional Period will be considered expired and not eligible for the Promotion. In this event, the customer will need to run a new quote for the same vehicle.

9. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Website Terms of Use.

10. Carwow reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw the Promotion at any time.

11. The Promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales.
