Pink cars FAQs

There aren’t many pink cars available at the moment, certainly not if you’re talking about full on ‘Barbie’ pink, but there are certainly some pink-y options, such as Porsche’s Frozen Berry Metallic, while both Fiat and Mercedes offer a ‘rose gold’ colour option that has definite pink overtones.

Pink is a hard colour for a car, as it makes a very definite statement, and it requires a certain shape to work properly. The best pink car of all time is arguably the 1959 Cadillac DeVille coupe, which looked great in bright pink, set off by a full acre (or so it seemed) of chrome, but you need the Californian sunlight to really make that work. Nissan tried to revive bright pink with the mid-2000s Micra convertible, but the car itself was so ugly that the paint didn’t help much.
