Why consider the Abarth 600e?
I’d recommend the Abarth 600e because it’s one of the first electric hot hatchbacks that genuinely feels fun to drive. It takes the everyday Fiat 600e and adds sharp handling, aggressive styling and plenty of character, especially in the 280hp Scorpionissima version with its punchy performance and impressive cornering grip.
However, it’s not the most practical EV. The drive is firm, the interior feels a bit cheap and it can only do up to 200 miles on a single charge. But if you want an affordable electric car with real personality and hot hatch energy, the Abarth 600e is a surprisingly entertaining choice.
