Save over £6,900 on a Hyundai Santa Fe*

The Hyundai Santa Fe usually starts at £47,890, but you can get it through Carwow from £42,400. The biggest saving is on the Calligraphy version, with £6,943 off at the time of writing. I think this a great deal because it comes fully loaded with kit. The upholstery is switched out for Nappa leather and the front seats are new ‘Premium Relaxation’ models. There’s also a black finish for the exterior trim.
Why consider the Hyundai Santa Fe?

I’ve always liked cars that combine style and practicality, and the Hyundai Santa Fe does just that. After nearly 25 years evolving from rugged off-roader to family SUV, the latest model adds bold, futuristic looks that earned it Carwow Car of the Year in 2025. Its boxy, Star Wars-inspired design and eye-catching LED lights make it a car I’m genuinely excited to drive.

Inside, I love how premium it feels. The cabin is spacious, with versatile three-row seating, plush materials, and a massive curved display. Kids fit comfortably in the back, and the boot still has decent space behind them. Storage is incredible: 17 cup and bottle holders make day-to-day life easier than I expected.
I appreciate that it comes as a hybrid or plug-in hybrid, with two- or four-wheel drive. It’s not the fastest SUV out there, but I find the driving experience smooth and efficient, and the plug-in’s low CO2 makes it a smart choice. For me, the combination of style, space, and practicality makes the Santa Fe hard to beat.
Alternatives to the Hyundai Santa Fe
Prefer something else? Here are other seven-seater options to consider:
- Kia Sorento: Roomy interior but it’s got firm suspension at low speeds.
- Skoda Kodiaq: It’s got a huge boot of up to 910 litres, but the plug-in hybrid is not available with seven seats.
- Volkswagen Tayron: It’s got an upmarket interior but it’s more expensive than some close alternatives.
