Drag race: Rimac Nevera vs Moto GP bike vs supercharged Suzuki Hayabusa

August 25, 2023 by

Mat’s behind the wheel of the Rimac Nevera today. This Croatian supercar has four electric motors, one powering each wheel, producing a combined 1,914hp and 2,360Nm of torque. It has a 120kWh battery, which makes the car quite heavy. It tips the scales at 2,300kg. As for price, the Rimac will set you back £2,000,000.

Next to Mat, we have former Moto GP rider Dani Pedrosa on the Red Bull KTM RC16. This bike is fitted with a 1,000CC V4 engine, paired to a six-speed seamless shift gearbox and putting out 270hp and 117Nm of torque. That’s a lot when you consider that it weighs just 150kg, and power is sent through just one wheel.

Finally, we have the Suzuki Hayabusa. It has a 1.3-litre four-cylinder engine, and this one has been fitted with a supercharger to boost power to 380hp and 280Nm of torque. It’s heavier than the Moto GP bike, weighing in at 257kg, and it costs £50,000.

So who will win this insane drag race? You’ll have to watch the video to find out.
