July 21, 2025 by Jamie Edkins

Car changing is a big deal
Carwow is offering the Omoda E5 with up to £6,400 off, making it a great-value electric SUV with loads of standard equipment.
There’s a dizzying array of new Chinese electric cars available in the UK at the moment, and the Omoda E5 is among the most popular. This is mostly thanks to its eye-catching price, and you can save even more when you buy through Carwow.
Remember, you can buy a brand new or used car right here on Carwow. And you can sell your car, too. We’re here to help you through every step of your car-changing journey.
Omoda E5 deals: save up to £6,400*
The Omoda E5 starts from just over £33,000, however you can get one for just £27,900 through Carwow at the time of writing.
The biggest savings can be found on the top-spec Noble version, with discounts of up to £6,400 bringing the price down to £29,000. This is the model to go for as well, because it comes with desirable kit such as a panoramic glass roof and a 360-degree camera.

If leasing is more your style, you can get an Omoda E5 for as little as £269 per month with a £2,800 deposit. This is over a term of 48 months with a mileage limit of 8,000 per year.
You can also save a huge amount of money by buying a used Omoda E5. Prices start from just £21,000 for a 2024 model with 1,300 miles on the clock.
Why should you buy an Omoda E5?
To put it simply, the Omoda E5 is great value for money. Every version gets twin 12.3-inch screens, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, adaptive cruise control and a reversing camera.

The top-spec version is also only around £1,500 more expensive, and it gets a 360 camera, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof and a power tailgate. In addition to the raft of standard equipment, the Omoda E5 is also pleasant to drive. It may not be quite as refined as a Volvo EX30, but it’s still smooth enough.
The Omoda E5 isn’t perfect though. A Skoda Elroq is far more practical, and the on-board tech is a bit fiddly to use. Look past these shortcomings though and you have a perfectly pleasant electric car for a bargain price.
Omoda E5 alternatives
Not sold on the Omoda E5? Here are three alternatives to consider.
Skoda Elroq
Hugely practical and nice to drive, but it’s not as well-equipped as the Omoda.
Volvo EX30
Super stylish and nice to drive, but the rear seats are cramped.
Cupra Born
Sporty and spacious with impressive range, but the infotainment system can frustrate.
