Although most find little fault with the rest of the car, the interior is one place which doesn’t receive such high praise.

With such a distinctive exterior, many will be left disappointed with VW’s lack of imagination when it came to designing an equally beautiful inside of the car. Sitting in the Scirocco is like sitting in any other VW. That’s not a huge problem in the grand scheme of things – it’s a very logically laid out interior and well put together.

Infotainment
All trim levels get a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It offers extensive trip info but that’s about it. Sat-nav is optional on basic Sciroccos and standard in two levels further up the range, depending on trim. The top-spec sat-nav comes with detailed 3D maps and online connectivity meaning you get alerted of a traffic jam ahead almost as soon as it happens.
