We’ve lined up six of the fastest Audis you can buy on the carwow drag strip, but which is quickest?

Let’s start with the Audi R8 V10 performance. It has a 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10 engine putting out 620hp and 580Nm of torque. Power is put to the ground via a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox and all-wheel-drive. The R8 weighs in at 1,595kg.

The Audi RS E-Tron GT is quite a bit heavier than that, tipping the scales at 2,347kg. To make up for this, it has 637hp and 830Nm of torque, fed to all four wheels via two electric motors and a two-speed gearbox.

Up next, we have the Audi RS6. Under the bonnet lies a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with 600hp and 800Nm of torque. It also has all-wheel-drive and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The RS6 weighs 2,075kg.

The Audi RS Q8 has the same engine and gearbox as the RS6 with the same power figures, and it has the same all-wheel-drive system. It’s heavier than the RS6 though, at 2,315kg.

It’s time to check out the Audi RS5. Its 2.9-litre twin-turbocharged V6 pumps out 450hp and 600Nm of torque, put down to the tarmac by all four wheels and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. It comes in at 1,742kg.

Last but not least, the Audi RS3 has a 2.5-litre turbocharged five-cylinder engine with 400hp and 500nm of torque. It also has a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and all-wheel-drive. It’s the lightest car here as well, coming in at 1,570kg.

So, quite the lineup then but which car will prove to be king of the Audis? You’ll have to watch the video to find out.
